I started taking tramadol about four years ago. At first I was taking two or three a day. Now, I take five batches of 6-7 at a time. The only way for me to keep using is to go down to mexico to guy some since it’s really cheap there. I really want to get off it. I want to so bad but even when i don’t take it for half a day, really strange things started happening. I had oxycontin and vicodin withdrawals before. Nothing comes close to the way tramadol withdrawal feels. It starts with the usual body pains, sweating, aches and sleeping issues. But then it gets really scary for me. I was crossing the street once and next thing I know, my head started feeling really odd. I wanted to stop walking but my legs kept going. It wasn’t listening to what I was saying. On top of that, I twitch so bad that when I sleep, I wake up every few minutes. I kind of do that now. While trying to withdraw, I seriously feel like I’m about to have a seizure which really scares me. I don’t want to be driving or walking and suddenly start seizing. Vicodin withrawal is a walk in the park compared to my tramadol predicament. I read other people’s symtoms but i never see the same symptoms as mine. Have ordered a couple times, the meds work ok, just as the ones I can get at Wal Mart. It is from the UK and I feel much better ordering from a British pharmacy than a pharmacy from India or Mexico.

A: Im glad you added that it was trazadone instead of tramadol. I was going to tell you your doctor was stupid… Tramadol is a pain medication. Trazadone is for depression with insomnia. It is good. Give it a couple weeks, if still not sleeping ask your doctor to increase it.
