A: Just google it. There are scores of sites online that will sell you “Lortab” or other pain meds without a prescription … trouble is, you don’t know if you’re actually getting what you paid for. Some of the drugs sold that way are fake.

A: Have you checked their list of products offered? If you’re having moderate to severe pain that isn’t related to a muscle spasm, there isn’t a lot there to help you anyway. And if you google their name, it seems obvious that they have scouted around for questions like this everywhere on the internet. They answer with “I buy [insert medication name here] Online without a prescription at PainMedsOnline.Net. http://PainMedsOnline.Net/[insert medication name].php .They are US licensed and Located so you can order [insert medication name] with confidence.” etc.
A place that has to use practices like that to advertise doesn’t sound like the most trustworthy place to order medicines, which you’re going to ingest and rely on to ease your pain. Also, the prices seem wildly inflated. You can go to a local walk-in clinic and explain your situation, and it’s likely the price won’t be too high. With that plus a generic version of the pain medicine, you’ll probably end up spending about the same as you would for the medicine through the internet. It’s under $10 for pills I see priced online for upwards of $40.

Here is another idea you may want to consider
Keep a daily journal of your wifes pain condition. Nothing fancy, a notebook works great.
Record where, when, how bad, the pain is. How it is effecting her everyday life. What she can and can’t do because of pain.
Take it with her to the doctor and give it to him to review. It’s hard to think of everything you want the doctor to know when you only have a few minutes so that’s where the journal comes in.
I have a spine injury and have been in a pain management program for years. The journal is something they had me start years ago and it has proven to be very effective.
You may want to find a pain management clinic in your area if you cannot get relieve from your GP.
This may sound weird but smoking pot also is very good for pain, especially nerve pain. I live in California so medical marijuana has been part of my pain management for years.

A: No, but if done through repudible online pharmacies then it is safe and legal. However, you will need a real prescription from a real doctor. Most pain medications require triplicate prescription forms that are almost impossible to forge/alter or fake. So if you are a junky looking for a fix you may as well go to the corner.

My occupation requires me to move often, and this makes it nearly impossible to form a full relationship with any medical physician–outside of the Walk-In clinics (which, obviously wary of addicts trying to score an easy ‘fix’ are extremely cautious about handing out prescriptions for pain medications designed for moderate to severe back pain).
I have heard of websites that will allow you to consult with a licensed medical professional and verify the need for such a prescription, but thru my research I have found only two reputable sites (which cost a fortune to join), and the rest are scams. I was born with a condition that has caused my lower spine to form straight, while my upper spine curves inward; worsened by a severe case of pectus excavatum (so severe, in fact, that my strum is only 3 inches from my spine at its closest point). With cosmetic surgery the “whole” in my chest was filled with an 8 pound solid silicon block, and I have continued to grow–standing now at just over six foot six inches.
I do yoga regularly; obtain acupuncture when I can, and do everything in my power to control and contain the pain, but there are several instances (especially when lifting 70+ pounds) when the pain can become so severe I cannot lie down (and therefore do not sleep) but cannot sit up (becoming unable to breathe).
The medications help when such pain becomes unbearable; and I use them not only to numb the pain but also to allow my body to sleep and rest as I continue to treat the symptoms and causes while not having to focus on the pain.
This is a plea for help and the medical industry has refused to help so I am asking PLEASE if there are any sites that would allow such help, or if one could suggest a type of physician that can listen to such a case and understand the history–even when I myself may only live near her/him for just a few months.

A: Just so you know, it is illegal (no matter what some web site says) to get a prescription from a person who does not consult and examine you in person. So even if you are talking with a doctor online or phone any prescriptions he writes are illegal. I would say you should get a doctor (a GP is best in this situation) even if it is only for a bit. And take your medical records around with you (you have the right to get a personal physical copy). If you truly need pain meds are have a verifiable reason you should be able to get them. And really sit down with a doctor and explain your situation. Most doctors are good and want to help but they are afraid of drug addicts and loosing their DEA license (but in the regular practice of medicine MD’s never get their DEA pulled).

A: I used to order from overseas 6 years ago. I tryed it recently and got burned and found out later the customs has gotten really hard on them. I now use a pain clinic. They are diferent than regular doctors and usally don’t mind treating pain, It’s there job. I have heard Canada doctors mail them but my guess is big bucks. I’m heading toward 36 weeks with my third baby. And I’ve never tried lamaze before. Are there any websites that have videos for lamaze? Or really anything to help ease the pain naturally(i never had pain medication with my other labors either). I want this birth to be as uncomplicated as possible since its looking to be the last.
A: I never used special breathing, I breathed normally and tried not to hold my breath or clench/tense my body during contractions. I used head packs on my back and labored in a tub for a lot of my labor. I think vocolizing and having a great support person will really help with the pain I agree that Ina May has great books out there! GOOD LUCK
